My 39th Birthday

As the years progress I find myself feeling much like I am still 25 but reality strikes each time I see a new gray hair appear (that I dye by the way) and when I see my two boys inch closer and closer to my height. I turned 39 today and really have no idea what my day is going to look like outside of going to my boys football games and maybe catching an Atlanta Braves game.  Five years ago I was a wild man ready take on the world. A typical birthday would start off by me indulging in a few libations while smoking a fine cigar accompanied by beautiful women on south beach. Nowadays my only desire is to chill out, hang out with my boys and watch some good ole football. Now that my life is so simple I mainly spend my spare time writing, traveling, and training some of the best athletes in the world. I am so grateful and blessed to have been able to have such an incredible life and impact the lives of so many people. I want to thank everyone that has supported me through the years and want to send a big I LOVE YOU to you all. Now that I have experienced so much in life I think George Washington made a compelling quote that " How far you go in life depends on your being tender with the young, compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving and tolerant of the weak and strong. Because someday in your life you will have been all of these".  Until the next time have a great Saturday and thanks in advance for all the birthday wishes!
